Please note that refunds are not allowed except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or deficit. In such cases, we will carefully review the issue, and if confirmed, a full refund will be processed or a replacement will be offered at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will review the situation and make it right.
If the product is confirmed as defective or deficit, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
